The star of every concept home cinema

The center speaker in every 5.1 home cinema system makes a decisive contribution to achieving room-filling surround sound. Placed in the middle of the front between the left and right stereo speakers and below or above the TV screen, its task is to reproduce all film dialogue as clearly as possible.

Newly developed speaker chassis

The Concept 90 has three speaker chassis, with the two 125 mm mid-bass drivers flanking a 25 mm tweeter dome. This arrangement ensures clean and easily localized reproduction of voices and effects.

In order to ensure a uniform sound characteristic across all loudspeakers used in the home cinema system, the same chassis is used in the center loudspeaker as in the Concept 30 and 50: The two 125 mm bass-midrange drivers have a hermetically sealed and mechanically decoupled 25 mm tweeter dome in the middle. The trio, which is fixed to a 3 mm thick aluminum baffle, ensures that the film dialogues are easily understandable and ultra-clear under all circumstances. And to keep external vibrations away, the Concept 90 rests on the springy Isolation Base that decouples the housing from the surface.

Elegant design

The new loudspeakers in the series are characterized by the same elegant design and extremely high-quality paintwork as their larger sister models, the Concept 300 and 500. They also have the characteristic aluminum baffle. The Concept 90 is available in three finishes: black, silver and white.

Gelcore™ housing technology

The first speakers in the Concept series already had a special double-walled Gelcore™ housing. The space is filled with a gel that absorbs resonances and converts kinetic energy into heat. At the same time, distortion is reduced and the best working conditions are created for the loudspeaker chassis.
